Gratitude in the Workplace Challenge

All it took was a Tweet and a team was formed. A diverse group of Round Rock ISD family members from different campuses and multiple central office divisions are excited to learn and contribute along with a nation-wide OpenIDEO design thinking challenge to find ways to answer: “How might we inspire experiences and expressions of gratitude in the workplace?”

During the fall 2017 semester, this team will be working through the design thinking process shown below to narrow down a few ideas to prototype.

Check out just a few contributions during the research phase contributed by our team:

Laurie Humphries.

Andrea Orluski

Holly Pazos

Who better than public school educators to contribute to this work alongside our corporate counterparts? And who better than Round Rock ISD to lead the way in putting some of the final ideas into action. Many more ideas to come from our team members as we move through the various phases of the project toward a final solution(s) just before winter break. We want to hear your ideas and celebrations as well. Join the OpenIDEO challenger here, and share links to your contribution on Twitter using #rrisdgratitude or add your thoughts in the comments below.
